Before Every Trip:
Turn on your eSIM; you’ll receive an SMS.
Click the link to check your Balance & Top–up.
iPhone: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > eSIM (located below ‘Primary‘).
Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > eSIM
Upon Landing Abroad:
1. Turn on your eSIM and turn off your Home SIM.
2. Activate Data Roaming (Your WhatsApp will function normally).
iPhone: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > eSIM
Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks
Calling Worldwide:

1. Get +44 Number: Dial any number to receive it via SMS.
2. Dialing Out: Call directly from your contacts or dial: + country code – area (without 0) – phone number.
3. Receive SMS: On your +44 number.
Troubleshooting:
1. General Issue: Restart your phone, activate eSIM, disable Home SIM.
2. Locked Phone: If prompted for an unlock code, contact your carrier to obtain it or use an unlocked phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
3. Calling Issue: Dial: *126* country code – area (without 0) – phone number # (answer the callback).
4. Network Issue: Manually select another network until connected.
iPhone: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > eSIM > Network Selection > Turn off Auto.
Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > eSIM > Turn off Auto.
5. Internet Issue: Enable Data Roaming, and follow point 4. Set-up APN:
iPhone: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > eSIM > Cellular Data Network > APN: mobiledata
Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > eSIM > Add (+) > Name: worldmobile, APN: mobiledata > Save & Select.
