These Terms govern participation in the World Mobile Limited (“Company”) Affiliate Program. By joining, the individual or entity (“Affiliate”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Enrollment and Relationship

Participation is subject to Company approval. World Mobile may accept or reject any application at its discretion. Affiliates act as independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

2. Company Offering

World Mobile provides global eSIM services across 250+ networks in 120+ destinations, offering unlimited data plans. Products, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

3. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates must promote Company products honestly and in compliance with applicable laws and Company guidelines. Misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices are prohibited and may result in termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not misrepresent Company services, use unauthorized branding, engage in spam, fraud, tracking manipulation, or any prohibited marketing methods. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions.

5. Compensation

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales through approved tracking methods. Payments are made monthly via wire transfer. Minimum payout: USD $1,000. Commission structures may be modified. The Company may withhold payments in cases of fraud, disputes, or violations. Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Tracking and Support

World Mobile provides tracking systems, Partner Tools, marketing materials, and performance dashboards. End-users receive 24/7 multilingual support. The Company is not responsible for tracking errors or technical failures.

7. Partner Tools

World Mobile may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Partner Tools at any time. No uninterrupted access is guaranteed, and the Company is not liable for resulting losses.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Affiliates must protect all confidential information. All Company trademarks and materials remain the property of World Mobile. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license for promotional use only.

9. Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection laws and may not misuse personal data. World Mobile’s Privacy Policy applies.

10. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. World Mobile may also terminate participation immediately at its sole discretion. Upon termination, all promotional activities must cease.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

World Mobile is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to commissions paid in the preceding twelve (12) months. Affiliates agree to indemnify World Mobile for losses arising from breaches or unlawful conduct.

12. Modifications

World Mobile may amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Disputes are subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance

By participating in the Program, Affiliates confirm acceptance of these Terms.
